Internal control and risk management

Sound risk management and reliable financial reporting are fundamental to how we operate. We have established an internal control system to ensure that our operations are conducted efficiently, that applicable laws and regulations are complied with and that our financial reporting is accurate and reliable.

Identifying and assessing risks

We carry out a structured risk identification and assessment on a regular basis, covering key risk areas relevant to our business. Identified risks are evaluated and prioritised, and each risk is assigned a dedicated owner responsible for ongoing monitoring and mitigation. The outcome of the risk assessment is reported to the audit committee and the board of directors.

Controls and monitoring

Based on our risk assessments, we design and maintain an internal control framework targeting the most significant risks, with particular focus on financial reporting. The effectiveness of our controls is evaluated regularly through self-assessments and independent validation. The results, including any identified deficiencies and planned remedial actions, are reported to the audit committee and the board of directors.
